Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Connection Chauffeur Limousine LLC (“CCLimo”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a wholly owned subsidiary of HRG Investment Group. By booking a journey with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

CCLimo provides luxury chauffeur, limousine and ground transportation services throughout Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. We operate an executive fleet of premium vehicles with fully licensed, RTA-authorised drivers trained to the highest professional standards.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website quote form, WhatsApp at +971 56 422 3492, email at booking@cclimo.ae, or by telephone.

• We recommend booking at least 2–4 hours in advance for standard transfers
• For same-day bookings, we will do our best to accommodate you subject to vehicle and driver availability
• For corporate events and group transportation, we recommend advance notice of 24–48 hours
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from CCLimo
• Providing accurate pickup details, destination and passenger information is the client’s responsibility

3. Pricing and Quotes

All prices provided are estimates unless confirmed in writing as a fixed price. Final pricing may vary based on actual journey distance, waiting time, additional stops, or changes requested during the journey. A quote is valid for the journey details specified at the time of the request and does not guarantee availability.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash: payable to the driver at completion of the journey
• Card: major debit and credit cards accepted
• Bank transfer: details provided at confirmation; payment required prior to travel unless otherwise agreed
• Corporate accounts: monthly invoicing available for approved business accounts

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless explicitly stated otherwise. VAT or applicable taxes will be applied in accordance with UAE law.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled journey: cancellation is free of charge
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled journey: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the confirmed fare may apply
• No-show: the full fare is chargeable if the driver attends the pickup location and the client is unreachable after 15 minutes
• Changes to booking details (pickup time, location, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may affect the confirmed price

To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone.

6. Driver and Vehicle

CCLimo reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or superior category if the requested vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. All drivers are personally vetted, hold valid RTA licences and are trained to executive hospitality standards. Drivers will wait at the designated pickup point and will attempt to contact you if you have not appeared within the allocated waiting period.

7. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Treat CCLimo drivers with courtesy and respect
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws during the journey
• Not consume food, alcohol or any prohibited substances in the vehicle without prior agreement
• Report any damage caused to the vehicle; the client is liable for costs of repair or cleaning resulting from wilful or negligent damage

8. Liability

CCLimo will exercise reasonable care in providing its services. However, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, accidents or other circumstances beyond our control
• Loss of or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle
• Indirect, consequential or special losses arising from a delayed or cancelled journey
• Events constituting force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or civil unrest

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a single journey shall not exceed the fare paid for that journey.

9. Corporate Accounts

Corporate account clients are subject to a separate Master Service Agreement. In the absence of a signed agreement, these Terms apply in full. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of account facilities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images and design, is the property of Connection Chauffeur Limousine LLC or its licensors and is protected under UAE copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of our services after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
