We do not collect payment card numbers or financial credentials directly. All payments are handled in person or via secure processors.

Booking records, invoices and financial data are retained for a minimum of seven years in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements. Contact and communication data is retained while your relationship with us is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or until you request deletion.
