How do I book a ride?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled journey are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
How do you ensure driver safety and quality?
All CCLimo drivers are fully licensed under the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai, personally vetted by our team, and trained to executive protocol standards. Every driver wears a professional uniform and drives a well-maintained, regularly inspected vehicle.
What are your rates?
Our rates vary by vehicle, route, and duration — from airport and business transfers in a Lexus ES 300h to executive sedans, vans, and group transport. Contact us for a tailored quote for your specific journey.
Do you offer corporate rates?
Yes. We offer dedicated corporate accounts with monthly billing, priority dispatch and a dedicated relationship manager. Contact our team to discuss your organisation’s requirements and receive a tailored corporate rate card.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 hours in advance for standard transfers. For same-day bookings we will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability. For corporate events and group transportation, advance booking of 24–48 hours is recommended.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card payments and bank transfers. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking.
